Planning Application to Council:
- Completing the relevant planning application form.
- Block Plan (A3 at 1:500).
- Location Plan (A3 at 1:1250).
- Design access statement (if required).
- Community Infrastructure Levy form (if required).
- Submitting planning application with all relevant documents online.
- Managing and updating you (client) on its progress.
- Dealing with the council case officer regarding your application.
- Amendment or any technical support provided to the council upon request.
Structural Design:
- Appointed qualified Structural Engineer.
- Assessing all approved architectural designs.
- Annotated structural layout showing steel beams, joists, etc.
- Preparing a final structural report.
